Overview

This website is deliberately data-minimal. It uses no analytics or tracking services, no advertising or social-media pixels, and no tracking cookies. All fonts are self-hosted; no content is loaded from third-party CDNs (e.g. Google Fonts).

Controller

The controller for data processing on this website is the service provider named in the Imprint. Contact: hello@mka4tech.de.

Hosting and server log files

The website runs on our own server (VPS) and is served via Caddy. When you access the site, the server records technically necessary access data that your browser transmits automatically: IP address, date and time, the requested resource, status code, amount of data transferred, referrer, and user agent. This processing serves to deliver the website and to ensure its stability and security on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Log data is stored only as long as necessary for these purposes.

Cookies

This website sets no tracking cookies and requires no cookie consent. No non-essential cookies are used.

Contacting us by email

If you email us (e.g. via the addresses on the Contact page), we process your information solely to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in replying). Your data is deleted once it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply.

External links

This website links to external profiles (e.g. LinkedIn, GitHub). Following them takes you to the respective providers' sites, whose own privacy notices govern their data processing.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and objection (Art. 21). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority.
